Does my ticket include lodging?

Yes it does! Every ticket sold has a guaranteed bed in one of the on-site cabins.

 

Do I have to utilize the lodging?

Not at all! You are more than welcome to organize your own lodging in a nearby hotel or AirBnB, etc. (No, this does not mean your ticket changes in price.)

 

What kind of shoes should I wear?

We recommend comfortable dance shoes that let you move easily on wood floors. Sneakers, flats, or dance shoes all work great—just try to avoid anything with too much grip or heavy tread.

 

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable dancing in! Think breathable, lightweight clothes you can move in. It can get warm while dancing, so layers are always a good call.

 

Do the cabins have A/C?

Yes! All cabins are equipped with air conditioning to help keep things comfortable throughout the weekend.

 

Is there a fridge in the cabin?

All cabins have access to a small refrigerator. but you are also welcome to bring a cooler.

 

Can I bring my own food?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring food. The only restriction is no open flames or personal stoves. Microwaves, electric griddles, and similar appliances are totally fine.

 

What level of experience do I need?

All levels are welcome! Whether it’s your first time dancing or you’ve been around for years, there will be something here for you.

 

When is the event?

October 16th, 17th, and 18th. Mark your calendar—we’ll see you there!

 

Will there be lessons?

Yes, stay tuned for instructor and class announcements.

 

Will there be live music?

Yes, we will have live music at both the Friday night dance & Saturday night dance.

 

Will there be late night dances?

Yes, there will be late night dances around a bon-fire. There will also be smores & stories!
